At the direction of the Presiding Justices of Division Three and Division
Four of this District, I am requesting the transfer of the following matters.

From Division Four to Division Three:

2nd Civil No. B038975, Church of Scientology v. Armstrong,

There is presently pending in Division Three of this court the case
of Church of Scientology v. Armstrong, 2nd Civil No. B025920,
which is another appeal involving the same parties and the same
superior court case. Both appeals should be assigned to the same
division for uniformity of decision.

From Division Three to Division Four:

2nd Civil No. B037078, Sulmeyer, Kupetz, Bauman & Rothman v.

Kurten, et al,

This requested transfer is to equalize the workload
between divisions.
